恶性肿瘤相关物质群联合乳腺临床检查在乳腺癌筛查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价恶性肿瘤相关物质群（TSGF）联合乳腺临床检查在乳腺癌早期筛查中的应用价值。方法采取乳胀临床检查方法对共2300名35—69岁妇女进行初筛，可疑阳性病例进一步行TSGF检查。结果可疑阳性病例共69例、TSGF阳性共9例，最后确诊为乳腺癌3例。结论乳腺临床检查联合肿瘤相关物质检测是乳腺癌早期拜查的有效方法之一。Objective To explore the value of screen the early breast cancer by combined clinical breast examination （CBE） and detection of serum TSGF levels of breast cancer. Methods Use the CBE to take the primary screen of breast cancer 2300 patients between 35 to 69 years old. The suspicious positive samples should take the serum TSGF test. Results There are 60 suspicious positive samples, 9 TSGF positive, and 3 be made the definite diagnosis were breast cancer. Conclusion Combined clinical breast examination（CBE） and detection of serum TSGF levels is one of the effectual methods.
