摘  要:RAID(Redundant Arrays of Inexpensive Disks)据存储技术综合应用了磁盘镜像(Mirror)技术、数据延展(条带化)技术以及奇偶校验技术,提高了海量数据磁存储的速率与可靠性.软RAID存储系统能有效降低硬RAID存储系统的硬件复杂度,最大限度提升存储系统的I/O性能.文中主要围绕软RAID5数据块读-修改-写存储过程展开研究,完成了基于磁盘奇偶校验存储设计、系统实现及I/O性能对比测试.测试结果表明基于磁盘奇偶校验RAID5存储系统能有效提升系统I/O性能.The technology of RAID data storage adopts disk mirror,data strip and odd-even parity.It enhances the storing speed of mass magnetic storage and batter reliability as well.Comparing to hard RAID with mass storage system,soft RAID technology adopted can efficiently decrease the complexity of the hardware with the system,realizing improving the performance of storage system with maximum extent.In the paper,mainly introduced the storing process of read-rewrite-write with soft RAID5 data block.Then completed the design and realization of the soft RAID5 system based XOR disk stored,and tested the performance of the specific storage systems.The result showed that the storage system with soft RAID5 system based XOR disk stored could obviously advance the performance of the system I/O.
