摘  要:目的探讨β防御素-3(HBD-3)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,及其与树突状细胞浸润的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法分别对60例非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁正常组织进行HBD-3及S100检测。分析HBD-3在不同病理类型、临床阶段的肺癌组织细胞中的表达,及其与S100表达的关系。结果(1)HBD-3在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P〈0.05);(2)HBD-3在鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于腺癌组织(P〈0.05);(3)HBD-3在不同临床阶段的肺癌组织中表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(4)S100在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P〈0.05);(5)HBD-3与S100在肺癌组织中的表达呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论肺癌组织中HBD-3表达增高,可能是通过趋化未成熟的树突状细胞而在机体抗肿瘤免疫中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the expression of beta-defensins-3 (HBD- 3 ) in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relation to infiltration of dendretic cells (DCs). Methods The expression of HBD- 3 was evaluated by immunohis- tochemistry in 60 NSCLC patients. The results were analyzed with the pathologic type and TNM stages of patients. Results The expression of HBD-3 in lung cancer was increased significantly compared to that in normal tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of HBD-3 in squamous cell carcinoma was increased significantly, compared to that in adenocarcinoma (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in HBD-3 expression among TNM stage I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The positive rate of S100-1abeled DCs in tumor issues was significantly increased, compared to that in normal tissue (P〈0.05). There was significant correlation between HBD-3 ex- pression and DC infiltration in the tumor tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusion HBD-3 is highly expressed in NSCLC, which indicates that HBD-3 may take part in the chemotaxia for immaturity DCs and play a role in the immunological response against lung cancer.
