军队院校办学转型背景下教员队伍建设的几点思考

摘　　要：军队院校在实施办学转型过程中,对教员提出了新的更高的要求,因此,加强教员队伍建设势在必行。本文从思想认识、管理方式、培训机制、评价体制四个方面来分析如何加快教员队伍建设。Education transition in military academy has a high requirement for teaching staff.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.This article tries to analyze from the points of thinking,management,mechanism of training and evaluating.
