摘  要:本文搭建了1个管式间接蒸发冷风机实验台,对其进行了性能测试与分析,研究了其冷却效果、压降变化规律及水气比和一二次空气风量比对冷却效率的影响。通过实验可知,当冷风机的入口干球温度和干湿球温差较大时,降温效果明显;间歇供水比持续供水能创造出更高的蒸发冷却效率;随着一次风量的增加,冷风机的压降呈上升趋势;随着水气比和一二次空气风量比的增大,冷风机的效率会有所提高。In this paper,a tubular indirect evaporative cooler test rig was established,and the performance test and analysis were carried out.In detail,the cooling effect,pressure drop variation trends were studied,also the influence of water gas ratio and the ratio of primary and secondary air volumes on cooling efficiency were discussed.Based on the experimental study,it was found that the cooling effect was obvious when the primary air inlet dry bulb temperature and difference between dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures were relatively lager.Furthermore,intermittent water supply could lead to higher evaporative cooling efficiency than sustainable water supply.Besides,with the rising of primary air volume,the pressure drop of cooler increased,and with the increase of water gas ratio and the ratio of primary and secondary air volumes,cooling efficiency would enhanced.
