摘　　要：电子病案系统的推广使用使得病历质量管理更为有效,但没有解决所有问题,同时还带来了一些新问题,本文总结了于江苏某三级医院住院电子病历的检查情况,对其电子病案质量管理中存在的问题与对策进行了探讨。The application and development of electronic medical record system impreved the medical quality management much more.But it didn＇t solve all problems,and at the same time,it brought about new problems.We checked the electronic medical records of a first-class hospital in Jiangsu Province and summarized the problems existed in electronic medical record quality management.The countermessure to deal with the problems was discussed.in this paper.
