摘　　要：探寻培养高素质医学人才科学有效的路径,是各大医学院校工作实践中的重要课题。目前接受硕士研究生教育的医学生,以应届大学毕业生居多,其临床技能较为薄弱。针对这种情况,我院在已通过卫生厅住院医师规范化培训(专科医师规范化培训第一阶段)基地评审的临床医学学科,开展硕士研究生规范化培训工作。这是研究生培养机制改革的一项新尝试,将研究生培养与住院医师培训接轨,避免医疗教育资源浪费,是医学教育承前启后的重要环节,有利于研究生发展,也是临床医学研究生培养过程的关键所在。How to cultivate medical talents of high quality becomes an important subject of many medical colleges.At the present time,the source of majority postgraduate student is the graduating medical student of the current year,whose clinical skills are relatively weak.To solve this problem,our hospital carries out the standardized training of postgraduate physicians,according to the clinical medicine subjects in the department which has passed the evaluation of the standardized training of residents（the first stage of standardized training of specialized physician） base of the Ministry of Health.It is a new attempt of the postgraduates cultivation mechanism reform,to combine postgraduates cultivation with residents training,and avoid the waste of medical education resources.It is also good for the clinical medical education hospital development.It is an important link between the past and future,as well as the key of clinical expert training process.
