摘 要:在大功率光纤激光焊接过程中,熔池热辐射含有丰富的焊接质量信息,熔池形态及其变化特征与焊接稳定性密切相关.研究一种基于红外热像的大功率光纤激光深熔焊熔池形态分析及焊缝质量稳定性评价的方法.以10 kW大功率光纤连续激光焊接304不锈钢为试验对象,应用近红外传感高速摄像机摄取熔池动态热像,通过动态自动阈值和数学形态学方法重点分析熔池和匙孔形态以及对应的焊缝宽度变化,以熔池宽度、匙孔面积和匙孔宽度作为熔池形态参数,焊缝宽度作为衡量焊接过程稳定性的参数,研究熔池形态参数与焊接稳定性的关联.结果表明,通过熔池形态参数能够较准确地反映大功率光纤激光焊接过程的稳定性.During high-power fiber laser welding,the emission of a molten pool includes plenty of information about welding quality.The configuration and characteristics of a molten pool are related to the stability of welding process.An approach based upon infrared image processing was proposed to analyze the configuration of a molten pool and evaluate the stability of welding process for high-power fiber laser welding.In laser butt-joint welding of type 304 austenitic stainless steel plate with a high power 10 kW continuous wave fiber laser,an infrared sensitive high-speed video camera was used to capture the dynamic images of the molten pools.The configurations of a molten pool and a keyhole were analyzed through image processing techniques such as automatic segmentation by dynamic threshold and mathematical morphology to extract the molten pool edge and measure the molten pool width.The molten pool width,keyhole area and keyhole width were defined as the configuration parameters of a molten pool,and the welded seam width was defined as the parameter reflecting the stability of welding process.Therefore,the correlations among these parameters were investigated,and the actual laser welding experimental results showed that the stability of a high power fiber laser welding process could be monitored and estimated by the defined configuration parameters of the molten pools.
