摘  要:为确定超级黑糯玉米芯色素提取的最佳工艺,以超级黑糯玉米芯为主要原料,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计和响应面(RSM)分析法,建立超声-微波协同提取超级黑糯玉米芯色素的二次回归方程,并以色素提取液吸光度为响应值绘制响应面图和等高线图。考察了提取时间、微波功率及料液比对色素提取率的影响。结果表明:提取时间、微波功率及料液比对色素提取率影响极显著;最佳工艺条件为提取时间176 s,微波功率356 W,料液比1∶27(g/mL),在此条件下色素提取率达93.61%,产率达16.37%。In order to obtain optimum conditions of ultrasonic - microwave synergistic extraction of pigment from super black glutinous corncob, the Box -Behnken experimental design was used to provide experimental data on the basis of single factor investigations, for establishing a regression model describing the extraction of pigment, and the response surface and contour diagrams with the absorbance of pigment as response were plotted for analyzing the pairwise interactive effects of extraction time, material-to-liquid ratio, and microwave power on the response. The analysis of variances revealed that extraction time, material-to-liquid ratio and microwave power had extremely significant effects on the extraction yield of the pigment. Extraction time of 176 s, microwave power of 356 W and material - to - liquid ratio of 1:27 (g/mL) were found as the optimum conditions. Under the said optimized conditions,the extraction rate of the pigment was 93.61% and exaction yield of the pigment was 16.37%.
