曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗不同类型口腔扁平苔藓临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗不同类型口腔扁平苔藓疗效。方法经过病理检查确诊的糜烂型OLP患者40例、非糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓58例,两组均在病损基底部注射曲安奈德1mL(40mg)+斯奇康1mL+2%利多卡因注射剂1～2mL,分点注射混合液,每周1次,6周为一个疗程。经过6周治疗后进行糜烂型、非糜烂型的疗效比较,分别于治疗后3和6个月,随访复发情况,并对不同类型OLP的复发率进行统计分析。结果治疗6周后,两组治疗总有效率分别为92.50%和93.10%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月复发率分别为25.0%和8.6%,治疗后6个月复发率分别为37.5%和15.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗不同类型口腔扁平苔藓均疗效显著,3个月、6个月复发率差异有统计学意义,糜烂型OLP复发期短,复发率高。Objective To investigate the efficicacy of local injection of Triamcinolone acetonide and BCG-PSN on different types of oral lichen planus. Methods Ninty-eight patients with oral erosive lichen planus and non-erosive lichen planus were treated with local injection of Triameinolone acetonide and BCG-PSN for only one injection treatment per-week. All the local treatments lasted for six weeks.3,6 month after treatments, the recurrence rate in different types of oral lichen planus patients was observed respectively. Results Six months after therapy, no statistical difference in the total efficiency can be found between the erosive and non-erosive groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. But in three months, the recurrent rate in the erosive group increases significantly, and statistical difference can be found between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is good clinical effect of local injection of Triameinolone aeetonide and BCG-PSN on different types of oral lichen planus. Compared with non-erosive type , the recurrence rate of erosive type increases more rapidly.
