前牙美容修复比色的临床经验分析

摘　　要：目的探讨技师参与比色在前牙美容修复中所起的作用以及存在的问题。方法将102例病例分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规比色,观察组在常规比色的基础上另外邀请技师参与比色。在满意度、专业医师评价、总色差方面进行比较。结果观察组在患者满意度和专业医师评价内容方面明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组的总色差比对照组低,但差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论技师参与比色在前牙美容修复中可以显著提高患者的满意度以及修复体的美观效果,然而总色差方面的改善需要进一步地研究和分析。Objective To explore the clinical experience analysis on cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth colorimetric and the existing problems. Methods All 102 cases were divided into treatment group and observation group, each group had 51 cases, control group received the conventional colorimetric, the observation group invited Technician to participate in Colorimetric technician on the basic of the conventional colorimetric.Compared the patient Satisfaction, professional doctor evaluation and the total color difference in two group. Results The observation group in patient satisfaction and professional doctor evaluation was better than control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group of total color difference was lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Technicians to participate than color in front teeth in beauty repair can improve the patient satisfaction and restoration of beautiful effect, however, total aberrations improve the need to further research and analysis.
