摘　　要：目的:观察口服中药补脑丸治疗失眠健忘的疗效并评价其安全性。方法:172例失眠健忘患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用口服安神胶囊治疗,治疗组给予补脑丸治疗。观察治疗前后临床有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.53%,对照组总有效率为73.26%,两组治疗后总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补脑丸对于治疗失眠健忘疗效显著,而且安全、无毒副作用。Objective： To observe efficacy and safety of oral medicine Bunao Pills treating insomnia forgetfulness. Methods： t 72 cases of patients with insomnia forgetfulness were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with Anshen capsules, the treatment group was treated with Bunao Pills. Observed the clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.53%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.26%. Compared with the two groups, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of Bunao Pills treating insomnia forgetfulness is significant and safe effective, no adverse reactions.
