摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺良性肿瘤切除取得良好美容效果的方法及美容效果。方法:采用环乳晕切口切除102例乳腺良性肿物,观察美容切口效果。结果:102例患者术后美容效果良好,手术瘢痕小且隐蔽,并发症少。结论:手术应用简便,适用于大多数乳腺良性肿瘤的切除。Objective： To explore the means and effect of operation in resecting benign breast tumor for cosmetic result. Methods： The cosmetic result of incision was observed and analyzed after breast benign tumors were resected by incision around areola for 102 patients. Results： The cosmetic effect of 102 cases was satisfying in the concealment of incision, slight cicatricle and few complications. Conclusion： Incision around areola is fit for resecting many benign breast tumors for its simple handling.
