摘 要:通过溶液浇铸法,制备出不同比例的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/海藻酸钠(SA)复合膜,比较了复合膜的形态,测定复合膜的溶胀率、透气率以及交联剂浓度对复合膜的吸水率的影响。结果表明,PVA∶SA为4∶1时,是一种均匀透明、表面光滑、富有弹性的复合膜;随着复合膜中PVA含量的增加,复合膜的吸水率和溶胀率增加;当CaCl2浓度为3%时,复合膜的吸水率最大,为551%。The purpose was to prepare PVA/SA composite membranes with different ratios by the solvent method,and observed the morphological structures,the swelling degree,air permeability of the composite membranes,and the impact of the cross linker concentration on water absorption of composite membranes also was discussed.The results indicated that when the blending ratio of PVA to SA was 4∶1,the composite membrane was uniform,transparent,flexible and smooth;With the increase of PVA content in the composite membrane,the water absorption was also increase.When the CaCl2 concentration was 3%,the water absorption of composite membrane which was 551 percent were maximum.
