生长抑制因子4在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱肿瘤组织中逆转录生长抑制因子4(ING4)基因的表达及其临床意义。方法分别提取19例膀胱癌组织及癌旁正常组织中总RNA,反转录并应用Real-time PCR检测ING4基因的表达水平。结果 19例膀胱癌组织和癌旁正常组织中ING4基因均有表达,与癌旁正常膀胱组织相比,膀胱癌组织中16例(84.2%)出现低表达,3例(15.8%)出现高表达。结论 ING4基因在膀胱癌组织中的表达水平低于癌旁正常膀胱组织,ING4基因可能是膀胱癌的抑癌基因。Objective To explore the expression and significance of ING4 in bladder carcinoma.Methods The total mRNA of the bladder cancer tissues and normal bladder tissues were extracted to check transcriptase of the ING4 gene cDNA,then using real-time PCR method,the expression of ING4 gene in bladder cancer tissues and the normal bladder tissues was detected,the results were comprehensively analyzed.Results The ING4 gene expression was detected in bladder cancer tissues and the normal bladder tissues of all 19 cases.Compared to normal tissues,in the bladder cancer tissues,16 cases（84.2%） appeared low expression,3 cases（15.8%） appeared high expression.Conclusion The ING4 gene showed a lower expression in bladder cancer tissues compared to normal tissues,it might play the role of tumor suppressor gene in bladder cancer.
