美国高校价值观教育的实现途径与启示

摘　　要：大学生价值观教育问题是高校思想政治教育中的一项重要内容。美国通过导师制、课程设置、学校管理和校园文化等全方位渗透的教育方式,使高校价值观教育取得了很大成效,也给我们很多启示。借鉴美国的经验,通过提升价值观教育的德育地位、变革教育观念、实现以人为本、加强校园文化建设、从传统中汲取营养等方法和措施,可改进我国高校的价值观教育体系。Values education is an important part of the ideological and political education in universities.The U.S.A.has gained great success in university values education through the directional and penetrative education modes,such as the tutorial system,curriculum provision,school management and campus culture,which also gives us a lot of enlightenment.Drawing on the American experiences,Chinese universities can improve the system of values education with the following methods and measures: upgrading the moral status of values education,changing educational concepts,putting people first,strengthening the development of campus culture and taking the best from the traditions.
