摘 要:采用失重法和电化学方法,研究了半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸对盐酸介质中碳钢的缓蚀作用。失重实验结果表明:半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸的用量为800mg/L时,对碳钢的缓蚀率仅分别为66.61%和62.44%。与蛋氨酸相比,半胱氨酸与环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐有较好的协同作用,组分质量比为1∶1,总用量为1 600mg/L,缓蚀率达到91.05%。在三元配方中,半胱氨酸、环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐和六次甲基四胺(HMTA)具有明显的协同效应,组分质量比为2∶5∶5,总用量为120mg/L,缓蚀率达到95.98%。极化曲线和交流阻抗测试结果与失重法的实验结果一致,且一元、二元、三元缓蚀剂均为混合型缓蚀剂。Inhibition performances of two amino acids, namely cysteine and methionine, as corrosion-safe inhibitors for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid were investigated by weight loss and electrochemistry methods. The restul shows that the inhibition efficiency of cysteine or methionine is 66.61% and 62.44% with concentration of 800 mg/L respectively. Compared to the amino acid, the synergistic effect between cysteine and naphthene base imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt is good. The component mass ration is 1 : 1. The main use concentration is 1 600 mg/L. The inhibi- tion efficiency reaches 91.05%. The inhibition efficiency reaches 95.98% for the composite inhibitors with 20 mg/L cysteine, 50 mg/L naphthene base imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and 50 mg/L HMTA. Results obtained from po- tentio-dynamic polarization and impedance measurements are in good agreement. Results indicate that these inhibitors act as mixed-type inhibitors.
