DUE模式在临床药学工作中的应用与实证研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物利用评价(DUE)作为一种临床药学工作模式在医院药学实践中的应用。方法:按照DUE的基本步骤,采用回顾性方法收集资料,对核工业四一六医院进行头孢吡肟的DUE实践并根据评价结果改善临床用药模式。结果:利用DUE程序对120份使用头孢吡肟的出院病历进行了评价。与头孢吡肟DUE标准相比,其使用理由的符合率为78.6%;在病原学检查和药物敏感性试验方面符合率为84.7%,其结果的阳性率仅72.5%;给药频率符合率为69.1%;在治疗结果中,无法评价的病例较多。结论:DUE作为一种临床药学工作模式和医疗质量持续改进方案,与实际开展单位具体情况结合并优化后,能够在我国临床药学工作中发挥重要作用。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application of drug utilization evaluation（DUE）as a kind of clinical pharmacy work model in hospital pharmaceutical practice.METHODS：Following the steps of DUE schedule,retrospective method was conducted to collect the data of the use of cefepime in No.416 Hospital of China National Nuclear Corporation.The model of clinical drug use was improved according to DUE results.RESULTS：120 discharge cases of cefepime were evaluated by DUE standard.By comparing with DUE standard of cefepime,accordance rate of use reason was 78.6%;coincidence rate in pathogen diagnosis and drug sensitivity was 84.7%;the positive rates of result was 72.5%;the coincidence rate of use frequency was 69.1%;and more cases were unable to assess.CONCLUSION：As a program for continual improvement of clinical pharmacy work mode and medical care quality,DUE will play an important role based on the situations of exploiting entity.
