摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻腔中鼻道入路联合尖牙窝入路行上颌骨骨折复位术的方法。方法回顾分析6例经鼻内镜鼻腔中鼻道入路联合尖牙窝入路行上颌骨骨折复位术患者的临床资料、手术方法、手术效果以及随访结果。结果术后7d拆线,1个月后取出上颌窦内带气囊硅胶管,6例患者均创面愈合良好,眼球运动正常,复视均消失。术后3个月随访见面部肿胀消退,面部与外鼻无畸形。结论经鼻内镜鼻腔中鼻道入路联合尖牙窝入路行上颌骨骨折复位术是简单可行,疗效可靠,合并症少的手术方式。Objective To study the nasal endoscopy in nasal cavity way into the way the fangs nest into joint line jaw bone fractures and the method of varied.Methods A retrospective analysis the nasal endoscopic 6 cases in nasal cavity way into the way the fangs nest into the united way line jaw bone fractures of clinical data,varied operation method, and the effect of surgery follow-up.Results After operation, 7 days take out stitches,after a month remove maxillar sinus inside take balloon silicon tube,6 patients are good coagulant, eye movement normal, diplopia are disappear. After three months of follow--up, the swelling meet face and the lateral nasal no abnormalities.Conclusion The nasal endoscopy in nasal cavity way into the way the fangs nest into the united way line jaw bone fractures is varied simple and feasible, reliable,and less complications of the effect of operation method,
