护理干预对乳癌术后患者自护能力与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探索实施综合护理干预对乳癌术后患者的自护能力与生活质量的影响。方法 120例乳癌患者进行随机抽取分为干预组与对照组,对干预组实施综合的护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,分别对自护能力与生活质量指数进行评定。结果干预组患者遵医率、对症状与相关知识的认知、并发症的预防、健康行为的养成等自护能力与生活质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能明显提高乳癌术后患者的自护能力与生活质量,同时也是必要且切实可行的。Objective To explore the influence of the comprehensive nursing intervention for the self care ability and quality of life of patients after radical operation of mastocarcinoma. Methods 120 cases of breast cancer were ran domly divided into intervention group and control group, the intervention group received the comprehensive care of intervention, the natural of nursing intervention for control group, then the index of self-care ability and quality of life was assessed. Results For the intervention group, the rate of compliance of patients, knowledge on the cognitive symptoms and complications prevention, health behaviors such as selgcare capacity and develop the quality of life were significantly better than the control group（P-~O. 01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for pa- tients after radical operation of mastocareinoma can improve the self care ability and quality of life,also are very nec- essary and feasible.
