摘  要:【方法】采用摇瓶法测定草铵膦的正辛醇,水分配系数,并用萃取法对有机相中的草铵膦进行浓缩、反相液相色谱法分别对两相中的草铵膦进行测定。【结果】萃取法的回收率为95.2%~99-3%,方法的变异系数为1.69%。[结论]方法的精密度较高,具有简便、快速的优点,适用于草铵膦的正辛醇,水分配系数测定。[Methods] Shake flask method was used to determinate the n-octanol/water partition coefficient of glufosinateammonium, the glufosinate-ammonium in organic phase was extracted and concentrated, and the glufosinate-ammonium in two phases were determined by HPLC respectively. [Results] The recovery of the extraction was between 95.2-99.3%, and the RSD of lgPow was 1.69%. [Conclusions] The method was easily and quickly performed with higher precision, which was suitable for determination of the n-octanol/water partition coefficient of glufosinate-ammonium.
