摘 要:目的:探讨中医内科临床教学整体评价结合SP+OSCE考核方法的临床教学效果。方法:选择同一班级本科毕业实习生36人,随机分为试验组(18人)和对照组(18人)。招聘和培训20名标准化病人(SP),制定客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)内容。采用相同教材、相同教师、相同方法(SP+OSCE)考核。试验组采用"整体评价"的考核方法,对照组采用"个体评价"的考核方法。比较两组实习生中医四诊技能和病历书写考试成绩。结果:中医内科临床教学整体评价结合SP+OSCE考核方法优于个体评价结合SP+OSCE考核方法(P<0.01)。结论:整体评价结合SP+OSCE考核方法可提高临床技能和病历书写水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of internal medicine clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine about overall evaluation combination SP+OSCE(Standardized Patient + Objective Structured Clinical Examination).Methods:36 graduate trainees of the same class were randomly divided into test group(n=18)and control group(n=18).20 SPs were Recruited and trained.The content of OSCE was formulated.The same materials,the same teacher and the same evaluation method were used.The assessment method of overall evaluation was used in test group.The assessment method of individual evaluation was used in control group.Exam results of the Traditional Chinese Medical four diagnostic skills and medical record writing were compared in the two groups.Result: The assessment method of overall evaluation was batter than the assessment method of individual evaluation in internal medicine clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine(P0.01).Conclusion:The assessment method of internal medicine clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine about overall evaluation combination SP+OSCE could improve the level of the Traditional Chinese Medical four diagnostic skills and medical record writing.
