反药同方之方剂现代临床应用研究

摘　　要：十八反是中药重要的配伍禁忌,临床应用需采取慎重态度。但在临床的实际应用中,却古今皆有包含有反药同用的方剂相关记载。现代临床研究中,一些医生使用反药同用的方剂,在严格掌握其适应症、使用恰当时可获收益且收到奇效。文章对现代临床研究报道的反药同方方剂做一综述,结合现代机理研究现状,以期拓宽中医药应用的思维方式。Eighteen incompatible medicaments are important principles in prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical application of prescriptions include eighteen incompatibilities requires careful consideration.But in the clinical practical applications,there are some relevant records with formulas of Chinese medicine with incompatible medicines in ancient and modern.In Modern clinical study,some doctors use the prescriptions include eighteen incompatibilities with strict control in the indication,use appropriate and received curative effect.In this paper,the clinical study reports of the prescriptions include eighteen incompatibilities were reviewed,combining modern pharmacological research status,so as to broaden the mode of thinking of Chinese medicine application.
