摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性非特异性结肠炎症,脾肾阳虚型:表现为下痢稀薄或夹有黏冻或五更泄泻,腹部隐痛,喜温喜按,腰膝酸软无力,形寒肢冷,舌淡苔薄白,脉沉细。中医药对本病的治疗有独特的疗效。作者师从全国著名肛肠科专家田振国教授学习,现将导师治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎经验方及临床应用体会归纳如下。UC is a chronic and nonspecific colitis.Among mangy kinds of UC,I will discuss one type insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney.The following are its symptom.Evacuation of exdiluted and wet feces or sticky feces,going to stool very early in the morning,having a dull pain in the abdomen;like to be pressed on the abdomen and keep warm;soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold body,pale tongue,deep thin pulse.Traditional Chinese medicine has an unique therapeutic effect against the disease.The writer apprentice to professor TIAN Zhen-guo,who is a specialist well-known through the country.The teacher＇s treatment method of spleen and kidney deficiency ulcerative colitis and clinical experience are summarized below.
