摘 要:制备了经GeO2改性的纳米TiO2,并用之作为超声降解活性红M-3BE反应的催化剂,研究了各种因素对制备的GeO2改性的纳米TiO2催化超声降解活性红染料废水的影响,并用XRD,SEM等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:GeO2改性的纳米TiO2作为催化剂,其对超声降解活性红染料废水的催化剂作用明显优于单纯以锐钛矿型TiO2催化剂的情况。在GeO2改性的纳米TiO2催化剂的用量为1.5~2.0 g/L时,超声波频率为25 kHz,输出功率为1.0 W/cm2,酸碱度值为1.0~3.0时,初始COD浓度为438 mg/L的活性红染料废水在80 min左右基本可降解完全,COD的去除率可达95.0%。GeO2 modified TiO2 was made and used as a catalyst for the ultrasonic degradation of dye wastewater of Reactive Red M-3BE.The effects of GeO2 modified TiO2 made under different conditions on its catalytic activity were studied,and their morphology and structure were characterized by XRD,SEM.The result showed that,the catalytic activity of GeO2 modified TiO2 on the ultrasonic degradation of Reactive Red M-3BE in dye wastewater is greatly superior to that of pure anatase TiO2.Under the conditions of dosing the catalyst 1.5~2.0 g/L,ultrasonic frequency 25 kHz,output power 1.0 W/cm2,and pH 1.0~3.0,the Reactive Red M-3BE in dye wastewater with initial COD concentration of 438 mg/L can be completely degraded within about 80 min with removal rate of COD coming up to 95%.
