摘 要:本文简要介绍某企业在实施炼油生产调度优化系统中为了稳定原油性质而开发的混炼优化功能模块的应用,通过该模块的使用提升了原油调度功能、稳定了常减压进料性质,并且为原油在线调合优化提供了初始移动订单和调合配方,实现了离线和在线系统的紧密结合,提高了企业在调度计划方面的精细化水平,为企业优化生产、降本增效提供了有力支撑。The application of the function module for mixed refines optimization has been introduced in this paper, which is developed in order to stabilize the crude oil property during the implementation of the scheduling optimization system in an enterprise. With the use of this module, the scheduling function of crude oil has been promoted, and the properties of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation feeding have been stabilized. Furthermore, this module also provides the initial moving order and blending recipes to the online crude blending optimization system, realized the close integration of offline and online system, and improved the refinement level of dispatching schedule in an enterprise. In conclusion, this module has provided a strong theoretical support of scheduling optimization, reducing the cost and increasing the benefit.
