论现代企业家核心素质及其培育路径

摘　　要：现代企业家应该具备多元复合素质,追求身体素质、心理素质、知识素质"三位一体",而心理素质,尤其是其中的经营管理能力素质则是现代企业家所应具有的核心素质。要从制度环境、教育培训以及自我开发三个层面协同进行,从根本上培育和提升现代企业家的核心素质。提出了现代企业家"三位一体"多元复合素质模型,分析了现代企业家核心素质要素,提出了培育和提升现代企业家核心素质的有效路径。Modern entrepreneurs should have the diversified multiple qualities and pursue the ＂trinity＂ of physical, psychological and intellectual qualities. In particular, the management ability should be the core quality of modem entrepreneurs. Fundamentally, fostering and promoting the core qualities of modem entrepreneurs should coordinate with institutional environment, training programs and self - development. This paper proposes a trinity - model of the diversified multiple qualities of modern entrepreneurs, analyzes the core elements of the qualities of modem entrepreneurs, and advances the efficacious paths for promoting the core qualities of modem entrepreneurs.
