摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同蛋白质类型及水平对蛋鸡肠道消化酶活性和血浆总氨基酸含量的影响。选用68周龄的健康海兰褐壳蛋鸡50只,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只鸡。以玉米-豆粕型饲粮为基础,配制不同粗蛋白质(CP)水平的试验饲粮,分别为对照组(CP15.50%,Control),高蛋白质组(CP18.00%,HP)、低蛋白质组(CP13.09%,LP)、菜籽粕组(CP15.50%,RM)和棉籽粕组(CP15.50%,CM)。试验期为8d,其中预试期7d,正试期1d。结果表明,棉籽粕组的肠道食糜pH极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),低蛋白质组胰蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组、高蛋白质组和棉籽粕组(P<0.05),肠道食糜淀粉酶、麦芽糖酶、脂肪酶的活性、血浆总氨基酸和平均日增重在各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中不同蛋白质类型及水平对消化道食糜的pH有一定的影响,对大部分消化酶活性、血浆总氨基酸含量和平均日增重没有显著影响。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different dietary protein sources and levels on digestive enzyme activity of intestinal tract and plasma total amino acid content in laying hens.Fifty hy-line variety brown laying hens aged of 68 weeks with similar body weight were divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 hen in each replicate.The experimental diets were prepared with different dietary crude protein(CP) sources and levels that based on corn-soybean diet,and the 5 groups were control group(CP 15.50%),high protein level group(CP 18.00%,HP),low protein level group(CP 13.09%,LP),rapeseed meal group(CP 15.50%,RM) and cottonseed meal group(CP 15.50%,CM),respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 days.The results showed that the chyme pH of intestinal tract in CM was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.01);the activity of trypsin in LP group was significantly higher than those in CP,HP and CM(P0.05),and the activities of amylase,maltase and lipase and total amino acids content of plasma and average daily gain were not significantly affected in the 5 groups(P0.05).In conclusion,diets supplemented with different sources and levels of protein can significantly affect the chyme pH of intestinal tract,but have no significant effect on the activities of most digestive enzymes,total amino acids of plasma and average daily gain in laying hens.
