摘　　要：高技术产业已成为推动区域经济增长的主导力量,并成为衡量国家或地区经济实力和科技实力的重要标志。结合高技术产业的特征,基于五元协同机理,对区域高技术产业竞争力影响因素进行了深入分析,提出了区域高技术产业竞争力构成的"圆轮模型",建立了区域高技术产业竞争力评价指标体系和综合评价模型。运用模型对天津市高技术产业竞争力进行了实证分析,并针对天津市高技术产业发展中存在的问题,从多方面提出了提升天津市高技术产业竞争力的对策和建议。High-tech industry has now become the leading force of regional economic development and an important symbol for e- conomic strength and technological strength of a nation or a region. On the basis of five-coordination mechanism, in-depth analysis is made on the influencing factors of high-tech industrial competitiveness combining the features of high-tech industries, with the ＂Wheel Model＂ constructing it proposed, and evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model established. Based on empirical study of Tianjin high-tech industrial competitiveness applying model, aiming at problems existing in the industry development, strategies and suggestions for enhancement of Tianiin hi^h-tech industrial competitiveness are proposed from different aspects.
