摘　　要：R&D全球化是跨国公司适应日益全球化的国际经济环境而做出的一种战略反应。跨国公司R&D全球化出现并在世纪之交获得迅猛发展,其背后的国际经济背景主要是经济全球化。创新点在于指出了跨国公司在华R&D投资对中国技术的发展带来了深远的影响,既有积极的一面,又有消极的一面,正确认识其影响的两面性有助于政府有关部门积极采取措施,不断优化我国R&D投资的基础环境和政策环境,以推动跨国公司在华R&D投资活动的不断升级。R＆D globalization is a strategic response for muhinational corporations to adapt to increasingly globalized international economic environment. R＆D globalization emerges and rapidly develops at the turn of 20th and 21st centuries,as it takes economic glo- balization as its international economic background. This paper is innovative by pointing out that, R＆D investment of multinational com- panies in China brings both positive and negative effect on China＇s technology development in a profound and far-reaching manner, and that correct recognition of the effect is beneficial for government departments to take active measures to constantly optimize our fundamental and policy environment for R＆D investments so as to push forward continuous upgrading of such activities.
