民办院校适应终身教育体系的教学模式分析

摘　　要：终身教育是指教育系统为个人提供一生参与有组织的学习机会,以适应社会发展的需要。民办院校要适应终身教育体系需要不断的调整教育模式,同时终身教育体系也将成为民办院校的主要生存方式。本文以天津市重点调研课题项目"天津市经济社会发展对民办院校的需求研究"为背景研究民办院校教学模式的改革方向。Lifelong education is that the education system provided individuals with organized learning opportunities involved in a life to meet the demand of social development. To adapt to the lifelong education system, private colleges should constantly adjust the education mode. At the same time, lifelong education system must become the main survival way for private colleges. This paper researched the reform direction of teaching model of private colleges under the background of key investigation and study topic of ＂the study of requirement of economic social development for private colleges＂.
