基于博弈论视角下的高等院校和高等职业院校信息共享的研究

摘　　要：当前高等教育信息共享问题突出表现在由于各大院校之间信息资源封锁,从而导致学生费用增加等现象,其本质是信息化资源,分布不合理。本文从博弈论的视角来分析高等教育信息化资源共享问题,增加教育信息化资金投入;建立弱势补偿机制、学校之间建立协商;用户侦查机制,各大院校均为资源共享联盟的成员,这样既能减轻信息资源共享联盟监督惩罚机构的工作量,又能调动其他院校的积极性,同时这种策略体现了公正客观的原则。The resources sharing problems in current higher education are mainly reflected in students tuition cost increase due to closed management of information resources among, universities and colleges, and the main reason is because unreasonable distribution in the information resources. From the angle of game theory, this article analyzes the resources sharing problem in higher education information resources, and also analyze adding investment in educational informatization; establishing compensation mechanism among the weakness, coordinating among universities; investigating mechanism of users, enabling all universities to become member of resources sharing union （RSU）, so as to reduce the work load of publish institution of（RSU）, in the same time to motivate the users, and execute the plan fairly, objectively and realistically.
