摘 要:目的探讨医用硫酸钙Osteoset在犬下颌骨骨缺损中促进骨缺损的修复作用。方法随机将4只犬的左右下颌骨分为实验组和对照组。实验侧下颌骨骨缺损时植入医用硫酸钙Osteoset颗粒,对照组植入羟基磷灰石(HA)颗粒,分别于术后4、8周处死2只犬,取下颌骨作为标本,术后大体观察、术后X片、环境扫描电镜及组织学观察成骨情况。结果 4周时实验侧材料几乎降解,新骨形成不成熟,骨缺损区被新骨充填;对照侧材料未见明显降解,新骨形成少。8周时实验侧材料完全降解,新骨形成较成熟;对照侧材料部分降解,有新骨形成,尚不成熟。结论医用硫酸钙Osteoset能促进新骨形成,提高新骨质量,有利于骨组织的愈合。Objective To explore the effect of medical grade calcium sulfate (Osteoset) to enhance bone regeneration in mandibular bone defects in dogs. Methods Four dogs of 8 mandibular were performed, the Osteoset was added to the defects in the test group and hydroxyapathe (HA) was used in control group. Two dogs were sacrificed at 4 and 8 weeks after operation respectively. These specimens were treated with X-ray, ESEM and histologic analysis. Results After four weeks, there were almost degradation of the material and the defects were filled with new bones which were not mature formation intest group, but no degradation of the material and few new bones were formed in control group. In the eight weeks, degradation of the material was completed and new bones formation were mature intest group, the material was partly degraded and new bones were formed but not mature in control group. Conclusion The Osteoset can improve bone regeneration and elevate healing effect in mandibular defects in dogs.
