摘　　要：目的探讨ZNF816A基因多态性rs9304742与汉族人寻常型银屑病一些临床表型(性别、发病年龄、家族史及皮损临床类型)之间的相关性。方法利用7 318例银屑病患者和11 290例对照的Illumina 610芯片基因分型数据,采用χ2检验比较各临床表型分组之间rs9304742等位基因和基因型频率分布的差异。结果病例组与对照组之间ZNF816A基因多态性rs9304742等位基因和基因型频率分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性和女性患者之间、家族史阳性和阴性患者之间、少儿发病患者与成人发病患者之间、点滴型与斑块型患者之间rs9304742等位基因和基因型频率分布差异均无统计学意义。结论 ZNF816A基因多态性rs9304742与汉族人寻常型银屑病发病的易感性相关,但与该疾病患者的性别、发病年龄、家族史及皮损临床类型不相关。Objective To investigate the association of rs9304742 polymorphism within ZNF816A gene and some clinical phenotypes of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population.Methods We analyzed the distributions of genotype and allelic frequencies of rs9304742 polymorphism in 7 318 cases and 11 290 normal controls.The rs9304742 was genotyped by using the Illumina Human 610-Quad BeadChips.Chi square test was used for testing the genotype or allele frequencies distribution among groups.Results There was a statistical significance in the difference of genotype and allelic frequencies of rs9304742 polymorphism within ZNF816A gene between the cases and the controls（both P0.05）.However,there was no statistical difference between male and female cases,between the pediatric age of onset and adult age of onset cases,between the familial and sporadic cases,between the guttate and plaque cases.Conclusion The findings indicate the rs9304742 polymorphism within ZNF816A gene is associated with susceptibility of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population.However,there is no association between the rs9304742 polymorphism and some clinical phenotypes including gender,the age of onset,family history and clinical type of lesions.
