摘 要:目的:探讨Mimics软件在复杂牙定位诊断和拔除中的应用。方法:对42个普通X线片不能明确定位诊断的复杂牙,利用CT扫描,Mimics重建技术,判断目标牙齿的位置及其与周围解剖结构的关系,据此设计并拔除目标牙齿。结果:经CT扫描,Mimics重建,清晰确定了42个复杂牙的形态、大小、位置及其与邻近解剖结构的关系,所有牙顺利拔除。结论:结合CT扫描,Mimics可以完成复杂牙的定位诊断,确保复杂牙顺利拔除。AIM: To explore the application of Mimics in the diagnosis,localization and extraction of complicated tooth.METHODS: Twenty patients with 42 teeth which location couldn’t be judged clearly by dental radiograph and panoramic tomography were scanned by spiral CT.Original CT data were transferred to personal computer(PC) and processed by Mimics 8.1.With the help of these reconstructed CT images,the location and relationship with adjacent teeth,maxillary sinus and mandibular canal of the aimed tooth were judged.The project of tooth extraction was designed and the tooth was extracted.RESULTS: Dentist could clearly observe the shape,size,location and relation with adjacent anatomical structures of the aimed tooth on PC based on CT images reconstructed by Mimics preoperatively.All of the 42 complicated teeth were extracted smoothly.CONCLUSION: Combining with CT scan,Mimics can provide useful information for the diagnosis,localization and extraction of complicated tooth.
