腹腔镜手术剥离卵巢成熟畸胎瘤45例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢成熟畸胎瘤(皮样囊肿)剔除术的临床价值。方法 45例需要行皮样囊肿剔除术患者作为观察组行腹腔镜下囊肿剔除术,另选取同期45例成熟畸胎瘤患者作为对照组行开腹皮样囊肿剔除术,比较两组的术中、术后的各项临床指标。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)两组间手术时间、术中囊肿破裂机会比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下皮样囊肿剔除术具有创伤小,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic stripping of mature ovarian teratoma（dermoid cyst）. Methods 45 cases of mature teratoma were treated as the observation group,the other over the same period 45 cases of mature teratoma were selected patients used as controls.Laparoscopic group was observed teratoma excision,the control group underwent open surgery.The clinical indicators during and after surgerywere compared between the two groups.Results Observer group was significantly lower than the control group in blood loss,postoperative discharge time,postoperative morbidity,length of stay,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Between the two groups operative time,intraoperative cyst rupture opportunity,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscopic stripping of dermoid cyst with less trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,etc.is an ideal surgical method,which is worth promoting.
