摘  要:文章主要通过分析在体操教学中自我效能感对学生心理过程调节控制因素的主体作用机制,认识了解学生内在心理变化规律,从而更清楚认识到自我效能感对影响学生参与体操教学、其表现及努力程度和形成正确的体操意识、提高自我认知能力的重要性,同时为更有效提高发展学生自我效能感提出合理建议。The text primarily through analysis the sense of self-efficacy to students mental process regulate to control the factor of the subject function mechanism in the aerobics teaching,cognition and understand the change regulation of students inside mental,consequently more clear know the sense of self-efficacy the influence to the student's participation in aerobics teaching、 its performance and diligent degree and form the right consciousness of aerobics、improve the importance of the self-cognate's ability,at the same time to bring forward up the reasonable suggestion for more valid increase to develop the sense of self-efficacy of students.
