认知行为干预对住院精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对住院精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法100例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，住院期间对观察组行全程认知行为干预。干预前后采用简易智能状态检查（MMSE）、日常生活量表（ADL）、WHO认知功能评价成套测验（WHO-BCAI）进行测试。结果干预前后ADL总分，观察组分别为（28．8±7．9）分、（25．1±4．5）分，对照组分别为（27．9±7．1）分、（25．2±4．8）分，两组干预前后差异均有统计学意义（t=6．89，11．13，均P〈0．05），而干预后两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预前后MMSE总分，观察组分别为（21．8±3．9）分、（24．4±4．7）分，对照组分别为（21．5±3．4）分、（22．9±3．8）分，观察组干预前后、观察组与对照组干预后MMSE总分以及患者认知功能在听觉词汇学习、语言能力、视觉辨认、连线测验和注销测验差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论认知行为干预对住院精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善具有良好的效果。Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavioral intervention on hospitalized patientswith schizophrenia. Methods 100 hospitalized schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. Routine treatment given to the patients in the control group and cognitive behavioral intervention was applied to the patients at the same time based on routine treatment in experimental group. The patients were assessed with the mini-mental state examination（ MMSE）, activities of daily living（ADL） and WHO battery of cognitive assessment instrument（WHO-BCAI） pre-and post-cognitive behavioral intervention. Results The expenrentcl geoup and utrol group before and after the intervention the average MMSE score was （ 21.8± 3.9 ）, （ 24.4 ± 4.7 ）, （ 21.5 ± 3.4） ,（22.9 ±3.8） ;ADL score an average of（28.8 ±7.9） ,（25.1 ±4.5） ,（27.9 ±7.1） ,（25.2 ±4.8） （t =6. 89, 11.13, all P 〈 0.05 ） ; cognitive function in the auditory vocabulary learning, language skills, visual identification, the connection test and cancellation tests were different（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Condusion Cognitive behavioral intervention had positive influence on cognitive function in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.
