摘  要:针对鲁克沁深层稠油规模动用开发的难题,展开了聚丙烯酰胺驱替技术研究。筛选出合适的驱油剂配方:配制水矿化度为23731~47463 mg/L和47464~94926 mg/L时,驱油剂配方分别为1500 mg/L HJPAM+0.2%交联剂和2000 mg/L HJPAM+0.2%交联剂。1500 mg/L HJPAM+0.2%交联剂组成的驱油剂的阻力系数和残余阻力系数分别为18.0和3.7,驱油效果较好。对聚丙烯酰胺驱油参数的优化结果表明:HJPAM聚合物的最佳注入浓度1500 mg/L,最宜注入量600 mg/L×PV;驱油剂(1500 mg/L HJPAM+0.2%交联剂)的最优注入速度为1.5mL/min,最佳段塞大小0.4 PV。采用0.05 PV(2000 mg/L HJPAM+0.2%交联剂)+0.33 PV(1500 mg/LHJPAM+0.2%交联剂)复合式段塞的注入效果最佳,可提高采收率10.98个百分点。In order to develop Lukeqin deep heavy oil in a large scale,a polyacrylamide(HJPAM) displacing technology was studied.The formula of suitable displacing agent was established: 1500 mg/L HJPAM,0.2% crosslinking agent or 2000 mg/L HJPAM,0.2% crosslinking agent when the salinity of preparation water was 23731—47463 mg/L or 47464—94926 mg/L,respectively.The resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient of oil displacement agent with 1500 mg/L HJPAM and 0.2% crosslinking agent were of 18.0 and 3.7,respectively,and the oil displacement effect was better.The best parameter of the polyacrylamide flooding was: HJPAM injection concentration of 1500 mg/L,injection content of 600 mg/L×PV,displacing agent(1500 mg/L HJPAM+0.2% crosslinker) injection rate 1.5 mL/min,slug size 0.4 PV.The injection effect of complex slug consists of 2000 mg/L HJPAM+0.2% crosslinker with 0.05 PV and 1500 mg/L HJPAM+0.2% crosslinker with 0.33 PV was best,which the recovery ratio was increased by 10.98 percentage points.
