探讨病案专业论文中医学名词的规范应用

摘　　要：目的规范病案专业论文中医学名词用语,避免口语及不规范词语造成的信息交流和沟通问题。方法对不同层次病案管理人员、临床专业人员撰写的论文中不规范、不标准以及存在概念模糊的问题进行归纳分析。结果由于地区差异及传统用语或习惯用语,作者撰写的专业论文中标准术语不标准、不规范;常用名词概念模糊;使读者难以理解,甚至产生误导。结论病案管理专业在加强基础理论知识的同时提高规范化、标准化的意识,使用全国科学技术名词审定委员会公布的专业名词和术语,逐步达到用语统一、规范,达到不同专业、不同层次的读者对病案管理专业论文易读、易懂、易通,便于引用,便于信息交流。Objectives to standardize medical nouns in professional thesis of medical records for avoiding information communication causing by spoken language and non-standard words.Methods This article summarized and analyzed non-norm,non-standard and undefined concept in thesis written by medical records staffs and clinical professionals from different levels.Results Because of regional differences and traditional expression or idiom,the standard terms in professional thesis are not standard and norm.Undefined concepts of common nouns are hard to understand for readers even lead to misunderstanding.Conclusions Medical records management major should strengthen basic theory knowledge while also strengthen consciousness of standardization and normalization.The professional nouns and terms issued by national scientific technology nouns examination committee should be used for gradually reaching the goal of unity and standard expression and of professional thesis of medical records which are access to readers,quotation and information communication.
