护理干预对门诊抑郁症患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对门诊抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择2009年10月~2010年10月在我院门诊就诊的抑郁症患者60例,随机分为对照组和干预组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理。干预组在此基础上实施针对性的护理干预。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对干预效果进行评定。结果经过8周的护理干预后,两组SDS及SAS评分显著低于干预前（P〈0.01）;但第8周末干预组改善程度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论护理干预对门诊抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪有明显的改善作用。Objective To study the effect of nursing interventions on depression and anxiety emotion for depression outpatients.MethodsFrom October 2009 to October 2010,totally 60 outpatients with depression were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were given routine psychiatric nursing and supportive psychological care while which were performed with interventions on the basis of specific nursing measures in the intervention group.The self-rating depression scale（SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were used to evaluate the effects of the intervention.ResultsAfter 8 weeks＇ interventions,the total scores of SDS and SAS in both groups showed significantly lower than those before interventions（P0.01）.But at the 8 weekend,the improvement of patients in intervention group showed better than the control group（P0.05 or 0.01）.ConclusionNursing interventions for depression outpatients have significant effects on depression and anxiety.
