摘　　要：本文讨论了正则半群和矩形带的关系,给出了半群簇εn=[xn+1=xn]和Rεn=[xnyxn=xn]及ε=∪εn和Rε=∪Rεn的若干性质。In This paper, the relation of regular semigroups and rectangular bands was studied; the properties of semigroup varieties εn = [xn＋1 = xn] and Rε= = [xnyxn = xn], ε =∪ εn= and Rε= ∪ Rεn was obtained.
