糖尿病小鼠模型的建立及荔枝核复方治疗效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病动物模型的建立及中药荔枝核复方的治疗效果。方法将小鼠分成四组:治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组、正常组,前3组建立糖尿病小鼠模型,用四氧嘧啶按220mg/kg体重剂量给小鼠腹腔注射一次,5d血糖升高稳定后,治疗1组和治疗2组分别用中药和盐酸二甲双胍灌胃治疗,模型组、正常组为对照组,测定造模前、造模后、治疗后血糖含量。实验结束,从眼球取血,测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量。结果治疗1组、治疗2组、模型组、正常组的血糖含量,造模前依次为(6.37±0.75)、(5.59±1.23)、(6.27±0.93)、(5.87±0.98)mmol/l,各组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);造模后5d血糖为(13.42±3.49)、(14.80±3.63)、(15.97±6.30)、(7.94±1.15)mmol/l,造模组与正常组比较,P<0.05和<0.01,差异显著,造模组明显高于造模前;治疗后7d血糖为(9.41±5.09)、(8.34±1.73)、(13.96±6.03)、(6.60±1.05)mmol/l,治疗后有明显下降;甘油三酯各组分别为(1.47±0.50)、(1.69±0.49)、(1.84±0.42)、(1.92±0.45)mmol/l,治疗1组降低明显,治疗2组也有一定程度降低。总胆固醇各组间无明显差异。结论治疗1组、治疗2组血糖、甘油三酯均有明显改善。Objective To study the animal model of diabetes and Chinese litchi compound treatment research. Methods Mice were divided into four groups,treatment group 1,treatment 2 group,model group,normal group,the first three groups to establish a mouse model of diabetes with alloxan at doses of 220mg/kg body weight to mice by intraperitoneal injection,5 days glucose increased stability,the treatment group 1 and treatment 2 groups were fed with traditional Chinese medicine and metformin hydrochloride therapy. Determined before modeling after modeling after treatment blood sugar levels. End of the experiment,blood from the eye to measure total cholesterol（TC） ,triglyceride（TG） content. Results of treatment group 1,treatment 2 group,model group,normal group,blood glucose levels,before modeling were（6.37 ± 0.75） 、（5.59 ± 1.23） 、（6.27 ± 0.93） 、（5.87 ± 0.98） mmol /l,each group showed no significant differences（P〉 0.05）;modeling blood glucose after 5 days of（13.42 ± 3.49） 、（14.80 ± 3.63） 、（15.97 ± 6.30） 、（7.94 ± 1.15） mmol /l,compared with normal group. P〈 0.05 and 〈0.01,significant difference in the model while significantly higher than before modeling;7 days after treatment blood sugar to（9.41 ± 5.09） 、（8.34 ± 1.73） 、（13.96 ± 6.03） 、（6.60 ± 1.05） mmol /l,after treatment decreased significantly;triglycerides of each group were（1.47 ± 0.50） 、（1.69 ± 0.49） 、（1.84 ± 0.42） 、（1.92 ±0.45） mmol /l,treatment group 1 were significantly lower,the treatment group 2 there is a certain degree of reduction. Total cholesterol was no signifi cant difference between the groups. Conclusion treatment group 1,treatment group 2 blood glucose,triglycerides were signif icantly improved.
