摘  要:[目的]阐明棕壤对金霉素的吸附行为特征。[方法]参照OECD Guideline 106,采用批平衡试验方法,研究了金霉素在不同耕作条件棕壤中的吸附与解吸行为。[结果]金霉素在棕壤中的吸附行为可以用Freundlich和Langmuir模型进行良好的线性拟合,所得lgKf值在2.962~3.014;滞后系数平均为0.021 9~0.033 5。[结论]金霉素在棕壤中的吸附能力较强,吸附机制属于物理吸附;金霉素在4种棕壤中的解吸过程均具有一定的滞后效应;4种土壤中金霉素的吸附参数Kf值与土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关。[Objective] The aim of the study was to illmninate the behavior of chlortetracycline(CTC) on brown soils.[Method]On the basis of the OECD Guideline 106,batch equilibrium experiments were employed to reveal the adsorption and desorption process of CTC in brown soils of different farming conditions.[Result]The adsorption of CTC could be well described by Freundlich and Langmuir model,which were also well fitted the linear model.The obtained values of lgKf ranged from 3.108 to 3.205;The mean values of HI ranged from 0.021 9 to 0.033 5.[Conclusion]It indicated that CTC could be well adsorbed in brown soils.The adsorption mechanism was physical adsorption.In addition,there were hysteresis in the desorption process of CTC in the four soils.The study also showed that the adsorption parameters Kf of CTC were positively correlated with the soil organic matter content in the four soils.
