摘　　要：覆膜是印刷品表面整饰加工的重要方法之一,但覆膜对印刷品颜色会产生一定影响,使覆膜前后印刷品的颜色产生一定差别,给印刷过程中颜色控制带来困难。本研究的目的是寻找覆膜对印刷颜色影响的定量规律,以便在印前图像处理和印刷过程中对印刷颜色进行事先控制和修正,使印刷品覆膜后的颜色达到最终的颜色要求。通过对印刷品进行亮光膜和亚光膜的覆膜实验,测量覆膜前后的颜色值,考察颜色变化规律,找出了用CIE X理三刺激值进行颜色修正的方法。该修正方法简单易行,可以用于实际生产。Film lamination is an important procedure of printing surface finishing and it can effect the prints color. The colordifference before and after film lamination should bring difficulty to color control in printing process. The aim of this research is to find color in prepress was proposed in showed that the the quantitative rules of the effect of film lamination on prints color. It will help to control and correct the and press in order to make the color after film lamination meet the final requestion. A prediction method this paper to deal with the color change by film lamination base on the CIE XYZ calculation. The experiment method is simple and practical.
