摘　　要：为提高平型丝网印刷机单机套印的精度和效率,本课题提出将机器视觉系统应用于自动套准。根据丝网印刷工艺需求,提出了一套完整的单机自动套准系统实现方案,详细分析了系统的工作原理。此外对套印标记重新进行了设计,并对套印误差测量过程的关键技术进行了分析和验证。最后,对自动套准系统的应用前景和需要解决的问题进行了讨论。In order to improve the precision and efficiency of the single-color flat-screen printer overprint, the machine visionsystem was used in automatic overprint. Based on the demand of screen printing technology, a whole set of action plan of single-color press overprint was formulated, and the operating principle of the system was analyzed. In addition, the overprint mark was also redesigned as well as the key technologies of overprint error measuring process were analyzed. Finally, the prospect of the overprint system and the problems were discussed.
