摘  要:研制了一台全玻璃真空集热管真空品质试验装置,采用集热管内置加热器,恒温加热至350℃持续48h,测量集热管尾管处吸气剂镜面消失率。同时该装置还可测量集热管恒温加热功率随烘烤时间变化数据,即单位时间整支集热管的热量损耗随时间变化数据。该装置由《集热管测试架》、《仪表箱》和《PC计算机》二三部分组成。我们采用VB和组态王软件编写了数据采集和处理程序,并成功运行,实现了数据采集和处理的自动化。该装置恒温加热温度可在80℃~500℃之间任意设定,恒温350℃时温度波动范围±1℃。该装置已成功用于全玻璃SS—AlN金属陶瓷真空集热管真空品质试验。An apparatus was developed for testing the vacuum quality of all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes. The disappearing rate of getter on the mirror surface of the semi-sphere end of the tubes that indicates vacuum quality of the tubes heated at 350% for 48h was measured. In addition, the heating power of solar collector tubes at constant temperature, which corresponds to the thermal loss of a whole tube, dependent on time may be measured using the apparatus. The apparatus consists of solar collector tubes testing desk, electronic units box and PC computer. Automatic data acquisition and processing was suceessfully realized by the program written by us with VB and "KINGVIEW" software. Constant heating temperature may be set in the range of 80℃-500℃, and the temperature fluctuations are only ±1% at 350℃. The apparatus has been successfully used for testing the vacuum quality of all-glass SS-AlN cermet evacuated solar collector tubes.
