摘　　要：近年来,知识转移的情境性成为国内外学者研究的热点问题。文章从知识转移情境过程的构成要素、转移过程和转移特点出发,构建了知识转移情境的动力机制,分为情境触发机制、主体意愿提升机制、渠道多元机制和过程描述机制四个层面,从知识情境角度寻找提升知识转移效率的源动力。In recent years,knowledge transfer situation has become a hot issue among both domestic and foreign scholars.The article builds a dynamic mechanism of knowledge transfer context from the elements,transfer process and transfer characteristics of it,including context trigger mechanism,subject-will enhancing mechanism,multi-channel mechanism and the process description mechanism,aiming at enhancing the efficiency of knowledge transfer from the perspective of the knowledge context.
