摘　　要：基于主题网格的分布式知识管理系统是实施网络上多种异构信息资源和知识管理的最佳系统。主题网格中的分主服务器、语义网络API、主题图碎片远程交换协议、模式观察控制器,及其系统结构的优化与整合,是其运行的基础,系统中间件与1:N:1-通讯层、主题图专指层是影响系统运行的主要因素。Topic-grid-based Distributed Knowledge Management System Infrastructure is the best way to realize heterogeneous information and knowledge management.The topic grid OGS,the semantic network API,the topic maps fragment remote exchange protocol,model-view-controller,the optimizing and integration of the architecture,etc.are basic for its operation,while the middleware and 1：N：1-communication layers,the topic map-specific layers are taken as the main factors to affect the operation of the system.
