张学良与太平洋国际学会——兼论《田中奏折》的真伪

摘　　要：太平洋国际学会是第一次世界大战后成立的亚太地区非政府国际组织。中国太平洋国际学会则是由一个松散的、具有基督教色彩的组织转变为具有强烈自由主义色彩的知识分子团体。张学良曾多次派东北代表出席太平洋国际学会,在会上就东北问题的历史缘起、外国人在东北各项权益的条约依据、列强在东北的经济利益、铁路等问题展开讨论。阎宝航将张学良交给他的臭名昭著的《田中奏折》在第三届太平洋国际学会公诸于世。对于《田中奏折》的争议,其实质已不局限于辨明它的真伪,而是直接关联到日本侵略战争的认识观问题,以及战后以来迄今,日本历史认识问题长期得不到解决的根本原因或责任所在。The Institute of Pacific Relations is the non-governmental international organization in the Asia-Pacific region after the World War I.China Institute of Pacific Relation is a loose organization with a Christian color then changing into a color with a strong liberal group of intellectuals.Zhang Xueliang has repeatedly sent representatives of Northeast Institute to the Institute of Pacific Relations,discussing the issues at the meeting on the history of Northeastern origin in China,the rights and interests of foreigners in the Northeast,railways and other issues.Yan Baohang makes his infamous ＂Tanaka Memorial＂ from Zhang at the Third Institute of Pacific Relations public.The controversy of the ＂Tanaka Memorial＂ is not limited in the defense of its authenticity,but directly related to the outlook of the Japanese aggression problems and it is the cause or responsibility that the problem of misunderstanding of Japanese history cannot be solved for a long time after the War.
